Veteran Padre Jimmy Duguid

The Regional Welfare Officer / Padre is responsible for establishing SAMVOA members, who may require religious and/or psychological support.

He/she is responsible for implementing the SAMVOA Welfare plan, in association with its partners and in making this available to regional sufferers.

He/she will liaise with the SAMVOA Welfare Officer, who will have a staff-function to the Regional Officer on any SAMVOA project.
